Dispatch & Tracking
We aim to dispatch all orders within one (1) business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the freight provider and a unique tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Delivery Support & Lost Parcels
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please check for a notification card left by the carrier. This card will provide instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery.
